Hice is a body temperature regulation device. It serves as both a portable hand-warmer and ice-pack by detecting the temperature of your skin. When you're cold, HICE warms you up, and when you're hot, HICE cools you down.

Destress Cyborg (proof-of-concept) is a wearable tech that analyzes brain waves to blur out/replace visual objects that induce stress.

It uses an EEG headband and a camera to recognize visual triggers, and is made portable using a Qualcomm DragonBoard 401c

Compliance Carnivores is a project exploring the compliance of online financial content with SEC/FINRA regulations. I worked with another intern to compile research on "bad actor" companies and case laws, and I solely built a platform to detect future compliance violations.

SafeRoute

SafeRoute is a web application that determines the safest route home based on public crime data. The application gives each route a 'safety score,' and generates a heat map with interactive and informative markers.

My inspiration for this project came from friends and family who wanted to feel safe when running at night, or when walking in neighborhoods they didn't know well.
